KMS Lines shall not be held responsible for delays, penalties, operational disruptions, customs complications, shipment holds, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information, incomplete documentation, prohibited goods, regulatory violations, insufficient packaging, or client-side operational delays associated with the shipment or logistics process.
Payments & Commercial Terms
All commercial terms, pricing structures, transportation charges, operational fees, and applicable service costs associated with KMS Lines are communicated through official quotations, invoices, booking confirmations, or formal business correspondence.
Clients are responsible for completing payments within the agreed timelines and for covering any applicable taxes, customs duties, banking charges, currency conversion costs, regulatory fees, storage charges, demurrage fees, or additional operational expenses associated with shipment handling and logistics activities unless otherwise formally agreed in writing.
KMS Lines reserves the right to suspend operational activities, withhold documentation, delay shipment processing, or pause associated services in situations involving unpaid invoices, delayed payments, financial disputes, regulatory concerns, or unresolved commercial obligations.
Clients are responsible for completing payments within the agreed timelines and for covering any applicable taxes, customs duties, banking charges, currency conversion costs, regulatory fees, storage charges, demurrage fees, or additional operational expenses associated with shipment handling and logistics activities unless otherwise formally agreed in writing.
KMS Lines reserves the right to suspend operational activities, withhold documentation, delay shipment processing, or pause associated services in situations involving unpaid invoices, delayed payments, financial disputes, regulatory concerns, or unresolved commercial obligations.
Operational Limitations & Liability
